Judging Process

How This Category Will Be Judged

Entries will first be reviewed based on the written submission, supporting evidence and overall impact within professional education. Judges will consider educational quality, audience engagement, industry influence and the educator’s ability to connect with professionals within their region.

As this is a regional award, entries will be judged against others within their selected market across the UK, Europe, USA or APAC, with an individual winner recognised within each region.

Judges may also consider stage work, social presence, salon support, educational consistency and the overall impact the educator has had within the professional industry across their market.

To keep the process fair and independent, entries may be reviewed across multiple judging stages by different members of the judging panel.

Submission Requirements

This category does not require physical product submission.

Entrants should provide clear supporting evidence including educational work, stage appearances, social content, collaborations, industry partnerships, events or examples of professional impact connected to the entry.

Exclusions

This category is not open to educators operating exclusively outside of the selected region entered. Educators affiliated with conglomerate-owned or publicly listed companies will not be considered.

Juding Integrity and Conflict Policy

To protect the integrity of the awards, all judges are required to declare any professional, commercial or personal relationships with entrants prior to scoring. Any judge with a declared conflict of interest will not be permitted to review, discuss or score the relevant entry or category.
