Shipping policy

This Shipping Policy applies to physical products purchased from The Indies Global Professional Hair Awards, including trophies, printed materials, merchandise and related items.


DIGITAL SERVICES


Award entries, confirmations, downloadable materials and related communications are delivered electronically and are not subject to shipping.


PROCESSING TIMES

Orders for physical products/trophies are typically processed within 5 working days of order and will be delivered by the date displayed in the product/trophy listing description on the website (subject to change) . Certain products, including personalised trophies and custom engraved items, may require additional production time.


DELIVERY


Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delivery may vary depending on destination, customs processing, courier services and seasonal demand.


We are not responsible for delays caused by:


  • courier or postal service disruptions;
  • customs clearance processes;
  • incorrect delivery information provided by the customer;
  • events outside our reasonable control.


INTERNATIONAL ORDERS


We ship internationally to winner worldwide. 


International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, handling fees or other local charges imposed by their country or local authorities.


We are not responsible for delays or additional costs caused by customs procedures or import restrictions.


RISK AND TITLE


Risk in physical goods passes to the customer upon delivery to the delivery address provided in the order.


DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS


If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, you must notify on immediate delivery by contacting hello@globalprohairawards.com and providing photographs and relevant order details where requested.


We may, at our discretion, offer a replacement, repair or other appropriate resolution.


PERSONALISED PRODUCTS


Personalised or custom-made items, including engraved trophies, cannot be cancelled, returned or refunded once production has commenced, except where required by applicable law.


ADDRESS ACCURACY

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information is accurate and complete at the time of ordering. We are not responsible for failed deliveries, delays or additional charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete delivery information.
