Refund policy

All award entries submitted to The Indies Global Professional Hair Awards are non-refundable. Entry fees cover digital services including submission processing, category administration and judging review, and therefore cannot be refunded once purchased. 

As all trophies are customised and made to order, we are unfortunately unable to accept returns. However, replacements may be issued where damage has occurred in transit, subject to proof of damage being accepted by our courier.

Licensing packages, winner assets are also non-refundable once payment has been completed.

By submitting an entry or purchasing any award-related product or service, you agree to these terms.

Damages and issues

In the event of a damaged trophy or wrong item arriving during shipping, please contact us immediately at hello@globalprohairawards.com and we will review the issue and arrange a replacement where appropriate.

All trophies undergo thorough inspection by our internal team prior to dispatch and are packaged to the highest standard to minimise the risk of breakage during delivery.

Please note that all trophies are personalised using the information submitted by you or your team via the awards acceptance form. By submitting this form, you confirm that all details provided are accurate. The Indies Professional Hair Awards cannot accept liability for errors resulting from incorrect information submitted at the time of ordering.

European Union 14 day cooling off period Please note the European 14 day cooling off period does not apply to B2B products. The Indies Global Professional Hair Awards is operating as a B2B platform.
