Winning this award reflects genuine support from the professional hair industry, reinforcing trust, visibility and loyalty within the salon community. Voted for by professionals themselves, it provides a powerful platform to strengthen industry recognition and highlight the connection your brand has built with salons and stylists day to day.

This is a publication nomination category and nominations must be part of the professional hair community.

How This Category Will Be Judged

The Stylist Choice Award is the only category decided entirely by public and professional industry voting.

Brands will first be nominated by salons, stylists and professionals from across the industry before moving into the public voting stage. Winners will be determined based on the overall level of support, engagement and votes received throughout the voting period.

As this category is designed to recognise the brands professionals genuinely choose to support day to day, judges will not score or influence the final outcome.

The Indies reserves the right to monitor voting activity and remove any votes or entrants believed to be manipulating, falsifying or unfairly influencing the voting process.

This category is not open to conglomerate-owned or publicly listed companies. Venture-backed brands are permitted, provided the brand operates independently within the professional market. Brands without active professional salon engagement or public industry presence will not be considered.

This award is judged on public entry only. Scores will be determined by number of votes.

Nominations can be recieved until the 6th September then public voting will open on the 7th and close on the 31st October.
